Safety West Policies

At this time, products ordered through this site can only be shipped to destinations within Canada.  For International orders, please contact Customer Service at 1 888-460-6300.

Shipping

Most orders will ship the same day but depending on volume, may take up to 3 business days to ship.  Custom signs require an additional 5-7 days to manufacture.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.  If the return is a result of our error, we will also credit the return shipping costs.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your RMA number & directions for returning the product. A credit will be issued once we've received and processed the returned order.
